DEPOSIT:

A deposit must be paid to book an appointment

The deposit is non-returnable if you cancel the appointment or do not show up, it is not possible to transfer the deposit to another date.

The deposit must be paid within 2 hours.

If there is no deposit in the account after 2 hours, the consultation period is canceled.

Charges apply for rescheduled appointments, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment giving less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the regular fee. Any difficulties related to the journey (traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.) do not exempt from the necessity to pay 100 %of the regular fee. Therefore, please plan your trip prudent.

If the visit is canceled on the same day as the scheduled date, the fee is 100%.

If you miss an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee.

All fees are payable before the next appointment.

Please note that if you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced

Privacy Policy

Harmony Massage collect personal information from clients who wish to proceed with treatment. These are classified as medical records which we are required by a legal obligation set out by the Scottish Government to retain your personal information, photos and medical information for 6 years after your last treatment at the clinic. If a client declines to give any personal information prior to consultation or treatment Harmony Massage will not be able to carry out any consultations or treatment.

If you are just browsing our website you are not required to disclose any personal information i.e. name or contact details. If you are interested in contacting the clinic from the website you can provide your name and email address by using the contact form or by telephone.

The information you give will be safely stored and only used to contact you regarding your Harmony Massage treatment/appointments or any future promotions, your information will not be passed onto any third party(s) unless required to do so for medical reasons or you have requested it to be given to a third party by using the data protection rules.
